Grandma Smiles Again

That smile again, they show your jagged teeth,
But you're too oblivious to care about the world,
You're so eager, and innocent, and fragile,
And your face depicts the clear sky in spring
That was enhanced by the upcoming summer
As the full bloom of the grass flowers
Creates a mesmerizing concoction of haze
With the touch of golden rays reflected
By the dew of the morning, like small beacons
Calling... guiding... whispering the rightmost words...
Leading me to the straightest paths...
Overshadowing the teeth that's shown when you smile...
For whatever defects I see in you as a person;
Are all perfected by the lightness of your loving heart.
